LEARN TO COUNT MORE BLESSING THAN MISFORFUNES!!!

Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.  Talent will not; nothing is more common that unsuccessful men with talent.  Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.  Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.  Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.  The slogan "Press on" has solved- and always will solve- the human problem by Calvin Coolidge

This is the beginning of a new day.
God has given me this day,
           To use as I will
I can waste it- or use it for good,
But what I do today is important,
Because I am exchanging a day
       Of my life for it!
When tomorrow comes, this day will
       Be gone forever,
         Leaving in it's place,
Something that I have traded for it.
I want it to be gain and not loss
              Good and not evil,
   Success and not failure,
In order that I shall never regret,
The price that I have paid for it.

. . .  "Thank you Lord, that You have created me in Your Image.
Help me this day, to see myself through Your Eyes,
and never doubt than I am-  YOUR PERFECT CREATION".

Troy's Prayer

Another wasted day;
Another wasted night;
Another prayer I'll say tonight.

Dear heavenly Father from above, help me know this thing called love.
To accept people for what they are,
To live in peace and sin no more.  Please help my homeboys to stay from all that is evil in every day.

Help them to know right from wrong.
To succeed in life and always be strong:
Help them to live and care for each other.
And help them from killing one another.

This poetry was written by a young boy called Troy Gorena.  He wrote it while he was in prison, at the tender age of sixteen.  The thought of being a Gang-Star and the experience of street gang dynamics got to him in prison, life was hard to him.
He was asking for forgiveness to to heavenly Father.

The above words were said few days before he died.

In addition to the above story:

Three months ago, a caller from Cape Town in South Africa called on Radio 702.  The caller known as Shaun, admitted on-air of gang-raping when he was 19-years-old.  He and co-accused were sentenced four years each to prison .  He admitted on-air for being wrong and edged all male counterparts to respect women #STOPRAPE   .
"I shouldn't have done it"; said Shaun.  When asked why he gang-raped? he replied by saying, 'I wanted to please the ring leader'.  This come after Anene Booysen, 17, who was brutally gang raped and mutilated in Bredasdorp, Cape Town.

Law Enforcement has been instructed to treat rape and murder with outmost urgency. " Government to increase mechanism like  protection from Harassment Bill to protect women", said President Zuma at the State of  the Nation Address on February 14, 2013. "Brutality and cruelty mattered out to the defenceless women is unacceptable", Zuma continued.  Gang rape and murder of Anene Booysen highlights the need for unity and action.

DO THE RIGHT THING.  NO MEANS NO

A healthy lifestyle is a necessity and not a Luxury.

You are what you eat.  The question is are you eating healthy?

Yes, what you put in will determine if you are eating healthy.  When you feel good... you look good and when you look good... you feel good.  Eating healthy makes you enjoy life and stay positive as well, but you have to stay committed and maintain it by stay discipline[ stay away from junk food] permanently.

Is't so far so good? remember New Years Resolutions where we all say, I want to loose weight and I want a healthy lifestyle? How many of us have maintained that 'symbolic line' in the resolutions? Well guess what, I have and I'm loving the new me.  Every moment of it ... but it comes with sacrifice and discipline.  I have made drastic changes in my life, with desire to do so provided healthy diets.  In 2012, that's were it all began with an exercise and walking in the morning three times a week helped.

Roger Bezani, a Foodist  says, "Don't fear change, fear that old bad habits are saving at you legs beyond your awareness, mating them abandon you on the journey".  Couldn't agree more, why do we waste time harm, burden and toxic our body with junk food? We put our health at risk.

A great recipe last forever, so as a healthy lifestyle.  We tend to forget that, whatever we put in our mouth or more than the body craves is dangerous and not a healthier way.  Certain steps are followed living a healthy lifestyle but with luxurious, it's a one way ticket to no return.  Once you there, you will spoil yourself immensely and forget about health matters.  You will  be rooted to the luxury lifestyle... Its warmth, easy excess to everything you want in life.

A few months ago, South African couple made headlines in New Zealand and across the world about their weight issue.  The couple lives in New Zealand, said to have relocated from South Africa because of high crime rate to start a new life there.  This cames after a newly elected democratic government in South Africa, twenty years ago which made the majority of white people to leave the country.  They are both successful in their career as Chefs in New Zealand.

Regret gaining weight, It is said that the couple were denied access at the hospital because they are over weight.  There are rules needs to be followed health wise by citizens, just like in other countries in New Zealand people should not pass the scale number or measurement of weighing process.  Living a luxurious life caused them an equal health care service, humiliation and putting their health at risk.  All of this merge into bad habits and bad decision making, whereas they forgot about maintaining their a healthy lifestyle by exercising and eating healthy.

"The exercise of patience will be essential from now on we will be healthier Chefs", said the couple.  "Yes, we regret and we will strive for a good health", continued the couple.  A study published in the journal Obesity found that when a portion of food is double in size, people eat about 80 percent more.  Highly at risk, eating more of what our body bugs for.  You can make amends today... committing yourself to slow down and steady progress, it's the healthier way to slim down.

Good choices for life, keep making those good choices.

Who delivers? RANGE OF ISSUES

Cricket  "You got to love to hate them"!!! surprise, surprise.  Who would have thought that South African Cricket squad could excel well in the world of sport? No offense, if you are not #PureProteas fan you'll say that for sure... through hardships they are now Number 1 in Test Ranking.

Separate that, Test Cricket with ODI Matches, plus T20-Twenty Match a breakthrough of success in Cricket.  Imagine that, No1 Test Rank, T-20 Rank and ODI No1 Rank.... Awesome hey! wouldn't it be the greatest avenue for Cricket South Africa? precisely so.  Gary Kristen made it all happen, gracious lord where have you been? In  India, former Proteas Batsman, coached India before appointed as the Head Coach of  the Proteas National Squad.

Just as you thought that things are looking good for the Proteas, Cricket South Africa... Then boom! Gary Kirsten announce that he will not renew his two-year contract.  This come after a winning track record for  the Proteas, no.1 Test rank team in the world and with the ICC Champions Trophies.  On Friday 10, Kirsten announced his retirement citing a need to focus his attention of family reasons.  He made the same excuse with India after they won World Cup in 2011.

Gary Kirsten officially took over as the head coach on India  March1, 2008.   On June 5, Kirsten was appointed full time head coach of the Proteas.  The Proteas reach no.1 Test team in the world under Kirsten who said to step down in August 2013.  Russell Domingo, Proteas T20 coach is the new head coach of the Proteas squad.  Domingo, 38, first coloured person to coach the Proteas and has been under Kirsten for two-years.  "I will Continue and add my flavour to the team; said Domingo.

Former South African coach's reign may be over before the back-to-back Ashes against England this year.  The first of the five Test in England begins on July 10, at the Trent Bridge.  Is Arthur to blame for Aussie's Agony?

Coach Mickey Arthur's punishments came as a surprise to many Australian cricket fans, but believe it will help Australia regain their number one Test ranking.  This comes after Australia's thrashing by India in the second Test of four-match series.  Four players were dropped for the third Test in India, after failing to compete a questionnaire.  And the players are vice-captain Shane Watson, James Pattinson, Mitchell Johnson and Usman Khawaja for not submitting feedback requested by the team management.

Having lost by eight wickets in Chennai in the opening Test, Australia lost by an innings- and- 135- runs defeat in the second after being bowled out for only 131 in their second innings.  Former Australian-vice captain Shane Warne criticized Mickey Arthur's punishment stating that, The coach should not be asking for homework.  He should be, creating an atmosphere where players feel relaxed, not tenterhooks all the time about their places.  When players are relaxed they feel ease with their game and perform the best.  "The team have gone through a lot of issues over the past 12 months and many of the problems have been caused by the selectors.  All the players are uncertain about their place in the team because of the way teams and squads have been chosen", Warne continued.

In he defence Arthur said; he had become increasingly dissatisfied with some team members "minor indiscretion', but hoped the decision to drop the quartet would encourage the rest of the squad to improve the behaviour.  The mighty Australia in deep humiliation lately, it's like a speed hump.   Things are not the same, a lot has change immensely.  "The good has gone bad", as many would describe former World Champions and number 1 Test Rank cricket.  Australia were the top-ranked side in Test cricket for 74 months between June 2003 and August 2009, but now lie in third place behind South Africa and England.  Australia's standard has drop, this shows how quick things can change when teams attitude and appreciation of what they are doing by respecting the game.   #ICC Champions Trophy  around the corner will they perform their best? as known or will South Africa use this opportunity to claim and become the ICC Champions since 1998.  South Africa will play against India in their first match, starting on June 6.   -source BBC sport

Think before you talk...  Henk Pistorius, Oscar Pistorius's Father was labelled as a "racist slur" by the ANC [African National Congress] .  This comes after the comment he made about 'white people are not protected in South Africa, crime happen [affect] whites only, especially Afrikaners".  Then, the Minister of Women and Children with disability made a comment also about Afrikaners, used Oscar Pistorius as an example!!! "Afrikaner men are brought up in the galvanize religion to believe they are entitle to own women and kids, violate and kill them", says Lulu Xingwana.  Both Pistorius and Xingwana were in Australia when made this horrendous comments, in February 2013.

Oh, The Gupta Family awaded the week that wasn't by the News-Rap of course! On Tuesday 30, a Jet landed in Waterkloof AirForce Base, Pretoria.  #Gupta's wedding made headlines throughout the week, while everyone in the Government denies giving a go-ahead.  The Military itself were surprise by a Jet landing in their yard without their knowledge.  The Gupta's are closer friends of President Zuma.  So who authorized it? the answer we would all like to hear is "TRUTH",  suspended Officials must speak out.
