Clearity Please, why confuse ourselves unless your not!

If  I am not for myself, who will  be for me? And if I am only for myselve, what am I?  by -Hillel-

Heritage Day

South African, let us be clear of what our public holidays symbolize to us.   We shouldn't contradict ourselve by changing names.   The government reduce heritage day to braai day.  It is about identity, whether you are African, Coloured, Indian, White etc the question is what is your Heritage and how do you celebrate it.   Since 1994, September 24 is known as Heritage Day and most South African citizens celebrate their different culture by wearing traditional clothes symbolizing our different culture.

Dancing, singing and show-casing types of food are some part of our Heritage Day.   Those are social cohesion among groups of people on religion, languages, adversity and diversity.  Braai day is for commercial reasons, who came up with it anyway?   Do we need a radical change in everything?   Our government does not consult us, whereas it is a government of the people for the peole by the people... ''A nation is judge by how it treates its people''.

Either way, against it or not, we should keep the legacy alive #KnowOurPublicHolidays do not be extreme about it .  Yes we are diversified but should not divert a thing!
