NEW JUDGE...NEW COURT, BUT SAME CHEERLEADERS.

BREAKING NEWS : The National Prosecuting Authority seek justice...

NPA will appeal conviction and sentence of Oscar Pistorius.  Prosecutors are questioning whether the court correctly applied the principle of Dolus Eventualis.  On 12 September the preceding Judge Thokozile Masipa found Pistorius guilty of Culpable Homicide not Murder.

''Some witnesses got facts wrong and unreliable'', said Judge Masipa.
Judge Thokozile Masipa
Pistorius was sentenced to five years in prison for Culpable Homicide after killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.  He's currently serving his sentence at Kgosi Mampuru II prison in Pretoria. Furious as it is, the athlete could be released after 10 months, with 3 years suspended sentence on separate gun charge. Therefore, the NPA accuse  judge Masipa of over-emphasizing Pistorius personal circumstance.

Updates; date granted yesterday in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.

_ Appeal case date 9 December 2014.
